Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using BoricuaSpeak, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Account

You're responsible for your account credentials. One account per person. You must be 13+ to use BoricuaSpeak.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Free accounts have limited access. Paid plans are billed where you buy them, and subscriptions (monthly, yearly and family plans) renew automatically until you cancel.

On our website, paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your profile. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with no refunds after 14 days.

In our iPhone and iPad app, purchases are billed through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions), not in BoricuaSpeak, and Apple handles refunds under its own policies.

In our Android app, purchases are billed through Google Play and charged to your Google account. You manage and cancel them in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions), and refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Deleting your BoricuaSpeak account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in the store too.

Purchases and use of our iOS app are also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies alongside these terms.

4. Content

Lesson content is for personal learning only. Don't redistribute, scrape, or resell our content.

5. AI Tutor

The AI tutor provides language practice, not professional translation or interpretation services. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
